Hindu School, Kolkata - glorious testament of history of institutional education in Bengal.

Managed by the Government of West Bengal, Hindu School follows the syllabus ordained by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, the medium of instruction being Bengali. It is a boys only school and has classes I - XII.

Hindu School has a very rich history starting with it's inception on January 20th, 1817, as part of Hindu College. It is one of the oldest existing schools in India.
