Bartaman Patrika is India's most widely read Bengali News Paper.

Bartaman is a newspaper published from Kolkata in Bengali language. Other than the Kolkata edition Bartaman is published from four other main towns of West Bengal – Midnapore, Burdwan, Siliguri, and Malda.

The online edition of Bartaman was started on April 2002. Since then it has been catering to the requirements of the Bengali people who are more comfortable with the electronic media and Internet.
